Design of the entire complex and the individual villas. Fast and appropriate reaction to only one point of criticism during the stay. Good restaurant.

The hotel is highly recommendable: the staff is extremely friendly and eager - despite some language difficulties. The rooms (in our case the suite) are very comfortable and clean. The hotel complex is very beautiful and invites you to relax. The food in the restaurant is good ; the breakfast buffet is perfectly ok (but rather Russian). The location is very well suited for a tourist visit; everything can be easily done on foot from here.

Location is great, hotel looks luxurious from the outside, but not as good in the inside. Free and convenient car parking is a plus. Free swimming pool outside (though, pretty small). Food in the restaurants is good. Not cheap, but value for the money is good.
Some minor problems in the room: no soap, no extra toilet paper, only 2 pillows. Breakfast could definitely be better. Walls are very narrow - you could hear anybody in 20 meter radios (so that they can hear you).

I liked having a hotel room in a wonder town, with all the major sights within walking distance.
I thought the style of this hotel was completely against what the wonderful town is all about. To build such a big, modern hotel in this delightful, well maintained historical town is inexcusable. It had the atmosphere of pretending to be something it is not. The staff was efficient in a cold manner. There was no Wifi in our room. I had somehow been led to believe it was a boutique hotel, but it is certainly anything but that.

Excellent base for exploring the amazing monasteries (12th century on) that constitute the unspoilt township of Suzdalo and for a glimpse of traditional rural Russia. Don't expect a tourist office, but there are numerous stalls with crafts. Good food everywhere if you know how to choose. The hotel complex must be busy at times, but otherwise is calm and relaxingly quiet.

Size of room was good. Location also good.
Very unfriendly staff. Breakfast not up to standard and breakfast room small and chaotic. Jacuzzi shower was a big let down, very weak water pressure and didn't really work. No wi-fi although this was stated as a service. No English speaking tv channels although listed. Also an extra charge (2000 RUB) for sauna, pool etc. We didnt not use as normally these are included in hotel rate. The hotel reception also demanded payment up front which is very unusual as usually you pay when you check out! In general, I would not recommend this hotel, as the rates are too high for what you get.

Probably, best hotel in the town.
The room had some minor defects, poor pillows and shampoo, tea and coffee at minibar for extra charge.

The hotel looks absolutely new, most probably it was built very recently. The rooms and services are fine. We also enjoyed breakfast.
The price is quite high, and the restaurants are also expensive.

Beautiful, calm and good atmosphere made by good staff and good guests. Everybody looks happy there, espacially families.
It's normal but if you go to take breakfast after 10:00, there's almost nothing to eat.

Peace and quiet; food; location and design. But the hotel stuff did not clean our room regularly, and even their cleaning was below standard: the use of the same towels, sheets and shaving kit day after day was very unplesant.

rooms are big and comfortable, very clean with lots of additional stuff (bathrobes, free water, etc.)
The hotel charges you for everything in addition: swimming pool (that is too small), fitness room, even a map of the city. Prices are quite expensive. Sometimes, staff was not that pleasant.
